Amaryllis - aquarel in lijst en passe-partout

The Amaryllis is a winter flower. It requires faith to believe that something so grand and beautiful can emerge from a single bulb. Yet it happens! Patience and hope. Color and blooms in the winter. Watercolor in a natural wood frame with a mat (professionally framed).

Poppies. Fragile. Yet so resilient that they can easily grow and bloom in the poorest of soils. Don't move them to a vase, or they will wither. But oh, how fiery and beautiful they are when left right where they sprang up. Metaphors for life?
